1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EdgeFlow platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. Continued use of the platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

EdgeFlow is a technical analysis and cryptocurrency market monitoring platform. The Service provides data visualization tools, technical indicators, market alerts and order flow analysis.

EdgeFlow is NOT a financial advisor, stockbroker or securities intermediary. The information provided by the platform is exclusively for informational and educational purposes. No content, signal or analysis presented on EdgeFlow constitutes an investment recommendation, financial advice or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets.

3. Plans and Payments

EdgeFlow offers the following subscription plans:

  • ✓ Free — Basic access with limited features, at no cost.
  • ✓ Pro — USD $19/month. Includes advanced indicators, custom alerts and order flow analysis.
  • ✓ Telegram — USD $39/month. Includes all Pro features plus automated signals and alerts via Telegram.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your registered payment method. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, exhibit suspicious activity or remain inactive for an extended period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using EdgeFlow, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform software.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated methods to extract data from the Service without authorization.
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the Service to third parties.
  • Interfere with the technical infrastructure or security of the platform.
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Share paid account access credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, design, trademarks, logos, proprietary indicators and algorithms of EdgeFlow are the exclusive property of its creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Service does not grant the user any ownership rights over the platform or its components.

7. Limitation of Liability

EdgeFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall EdgeFlow, its directors, employees or affiliates be liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from trading decisions based on information from the Service.
  • Service interruptions, data errors or delays in information transmission.
  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any nature.
  • Actions of third parties, including exchanges, data providers or payment processors.

EdgeFlow's maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the last three (3) months of subscription.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

No refunds are granted for partial usage periods. In exceptional cases (duplicate billing errors or severe technical issues attributable to EdgeFlow), you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the charge.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant modifications will be notified by email or through a visible notice on the platform with at least 15 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the modifications take effect implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws regarding electronic commerce and consumer protection. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the parties will submit to the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
