Terms of Service — version 2.0, Privacy Policy — version 2.0, Risk Disclosure — version 2.0, plus two new documents: Refunds, withdrawal right and crypto payments — version 2.0 and AI Assistant Terms — version 2.0.
A complete rewrite. The previous documents described a stock-market product, with plans and payment methods that no longer existed, and said nothing about what matters most. What changed:
- They are written in Spanish. They used to be English only, for a service operated from Chile and used in Spanish. This English text is a courtesy translation.
- They describe what the platform actually does: perpetual and spot crypto assets on Binance, Bybit and OKX, not stocks.
- The connection to your exchange is explained, which it wasn't before: that orders are sent with your API keys, that the exchange is the one that executes and liquidates, that we require keys without withdrawal permission, and who is answerable for what.
- The AI assistant is explained, which wasn't mentioned before: which providers are involved, what is sent to them, how order proposals work and what happens with your own API key.
- Payments are described as they are: prepaid in USDT per period, with no automatic renewal. Every mention of recurring card billing was removed, because it does not exist.
- The withdrawal right under Chilean consumer law was added, along with a written refund policy.
- The limitation of liability was narrowed: there is a cap, but there are also carve-outs for wilful misconduct and gross negligence and for anything consumer law does not allow to be limited.
- Material changes are now announced 15 days in advance and with a right to terminate at no cost, instead of being deemed accepted by continuing to use the application.
- The governing law and the court are named: Chilean law and the courts of the operator's city, without prejudice to consumer rights in your own country.
